Get Respect from Your Students

Many times I've seen teachers who treated unrespected by their own students whether in school which I teach or in other school friends of mine.  The cause of disrespect students actually come from the way the teacher's act dealing with their students.  Good teacher not always give good materials to study but also good behaviour example.

You can force to your students to come on time if you still come late at the class, you can't asked them to stop smoking if you are a smoker.

Whatever it is being a teaher is not only about how to make the students be the winner some of competition but how to make your students have good behaviour too.
